Refund policy

 

The following terms and conditions govern your use and purchasing of products on the Upstanding Citizens website. By using our website, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

 

Refunds & Returns

 

We pride ourselves on delivering only the highest quality product. All our coffee undergoes a rigorous and strict quality assurance process - every single batch is tasted and tested to ensure that each and every bag of coffee we send out meets our standards. For this reason, refunds on coffee purchases cannot be guaranteed.

 

If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact orders@upstandingcitizens.com.au within 7 business days and we will resolve your issue.

 

For all equipment and accessories, if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange within 14 business days. If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to return it, contact us and ensure that the product is unused, and remains in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.

 

Return shipping costs are not covered by Upstanding Citizens.

 

Amending or cancelling orders

 

Upstanding Citizens endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours, (except weekends and public holidays). Depending on when you order, the turnaround time can be as quick as a couple of hours to dispatch. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at orders@upstandingcitizens.com.au as soon as possible.
